Security at Jazzer

Jazzer LLC operates customer-acquisition infrastructure for service businesses across the United States. We handle inbound calls, lead records, customer contact information, and campaign performance data on behalf of our clients. Protecting that information is core to our business.

Our security program is modeled on widely adopted frameworks including SOC 2, NIST CSF, and the CIS Controls. We continuously review our controls and document changes through internal change management.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest in our managed databases and object storage is encrypted with AES-256. Backups are encrypted using the same standard and stored in access-controlled environments.

Access to production systems is granted on a least-privilege basis and protected by single sign-on with mandatory multi-factor authentication. Administrative access is reviewed quarterly and revoked promptly upon role changes or termination.

Jazzer's platform runs on enterprise cloud infrastructure with isolated network environments, automated patching, and continuous vulnerability scanning. Production environments are logically separated from staging and development.

Inbound and outbound calls handled by Jazzer's telemarketing operations are processed through compliant telephony providers. Where calls are recorded, recordings are stored with restricted access and retained only as long as required for quality, training, and legal purposes.

Jazzer maintains a documented incident response plan covering detection, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident review. Customers will be notified of confirmed security incidents affecting their data without undue delay.

All Jazzer team members and contractors are subject to background checks where permitted by law, sign confidentiality agreements, and complete annual security and privacy training.
